Project March Madness Is Here!!
March 2nd - March 31st
We want to see all of those gorgeous yarn projects you have made and we want to give you a prize for it! At the end of March we will be doing a drawing to win a $50 GIFT CARD to A Piece of Ewe. The first post goes up on Monday March 2nd so stay tuned...
All you have to do is share a photo of your yarn projects when we ask so get your photos ready - Hats, scarves, cowls, socks, shawls, sweaters, blankets, ponchos, mittens and slippers are all included. (March 1st to the 31st, must have a valid entry to win the gift card.)

 Here's your chance to learn flat brioche (lemon difficult), entrelac (interwoven with love blanket), fair isle (over the river/through the woods) in this grab bag class. And to get some help from Cheryl. This class is a drop-in class but we need you to sign up prior to class. More details for each project can be found within the individual evening class descriptions.

 Interested in knitting a blanket? Joyce loves making blankets and has several for you to choose in a variety of yarns and weights.
Mitered squares, intarsia, log cabin and more. This class meets once a month.
In this three hour fun workshop each day, you will receive a detailed list of the more than 50 sweaters on Saturday or shawls, scarves, and cowls on Sunday that Cori from irocknits brings with her. Not only will you get a detailed packet of info on each of the garments in the workshop, but you will have a chance to try on any and all of the sweaters.
Each attendee will receive 15% off all regular priced merchandise purchased the day of your workshop and a $10 Gift Certificate to A Piece of Ewe.
Uptown Grill will be catering lunch each day and the Sweet Shoppe at City Market will provide the snack bags. If you are from out of town or want to room with a friend, we have reserved a block of rooms at The Comfort Inn Bay City. Room rate is $89 plus tax. If you reserve your room by February 28, you will get the discount. The room block is under "A Piece of Ewe".
NOTE: There is a bowling tournament that weekend so rooms are hard to come by that is why we did the room block.
